This kit will give you the tools you need to communicate effectively with your local MLA. It includes important information that will help you understand the Alzheimer Society of B.C.'s key issues and what we hope to achieve.
We hope to persuade the B.C. government and other political parties to take action on our two key issues:
- To include the three Health Canada-approved medications in PharmaCare's drug plan.
- To enhance the community care system so people with dementia get the best possible health care when they need it, in their own communities.
