"Excellence is not a singular act, but a habit. You are what you repeatedly do"
~ Shaquille O'Neal

A lifestyle that is good for your body’s health will support good mental fitness and a physically healthy brain. This can be broken into two principle areas:

  • Physical - exercise, stress reduction, and sleep; and
  • Nutrition - what to eat and drink.

There are also critical health indicators that help you understand when you need to be paying particular attention to your lifestyle.
