“Alzheimer’s is incurable, fatal, and devastating for the primary caregiver and a growing burden on the economy. We can change that – and that’s why I invest.” - Bob Hastings, Leadership Council Chair

With a rising tide in the number of people affected by dementia, funding required to sustain and enhance key research, programs and services at the Alzheimer Society of B.C. rises as well.

To help meet a funding gap, we have gathered additional dedicated professionals to join our Leadership Council.  With a passion for the cause and a commitment to building a new legacy, individuals like Bob Hastings challenge others to get involved. Together with our volunteer Board of Directors, their vision is our vision: to help eradicate Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

The Leadership Council is dedicating time, talent and financial resources, to provide help for today and hope for tomorrow.

It will take many more acts of generosity from our community to help us meet the rising tide.
