Norm and Rita LeBrun recently opened their lives and their Langley home to local television show North of 49 for a look at their dementia journey. Norm was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease soon after retiring and Rita has since taken on the role of his full time caregiver.

Watch their candid interview here, and also take a look at the follow-up interview with Jean Blake, CEO for the Alzheimer Society of B.C., where she discusses the realities for many caregivers such as Rita and what resources are available for caregivers.
