Please customize my host kit by adding the following items (see quantities below)

Banner - 2 ft x 3 ft. plastic banner with Coffee Break® logo as well as Alzheimer Society of B.C. watermark.:
Coasters - 4x4 inch coasters with Sudoku game on the back:
Coffee Cup cut outs - cut-outs in the shape of coffee cups that can be signed by donors and used to create a visual display.:
Coin Box - 4 x 4 x 6 inch cardboard coin box with the Alzheimer Society of B.C. logo.:
Posters - 8 ½ x 11 inch posters that can be customized with your event details.:
Tent Cards - 6 ½ x 3 inch tent cards for display/promotion.:
Stickers - oval shaped stickers with the Coffee Break logo.:
Donation Record Sheets - each host will receive 3 donation record sheets. This sheet can be photocopied as much as you like!:
Alzheimer Society of B.C. Brochure Bundle - each bundle contains one of each of the following: Heads up for Healthier Brains; Programs and Services; What is Alzheimer’s Disease?; 10 Warning Signs; Dispelling the Myths (1 bundle per Coffee Break. These are to be used for display purposes only.):
