The January 2012 edition of the First Link® bulletin features the annual fundraising event Investors Group Walk for Memories that will take place on Jan. 29, 2012 in 23 locations across the province. Funds raised through this event helps to ensure people in our community who are living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias can connect to a province-wide network of information, services and support.
First Link® is an early intervention service designed to connect individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia with services and support as soon as possible after diagnosis. The bi-monthly First Link® bulletin keeps everyone informed about upcoming education and support programs in their community. To learn more about the First Link® program or to access the bulletin, visit the First Link® page.
