What is it like to live with Alzheimer’s disease?

Follow us on Twitter during Alzheimer Awareness Month when we will be tweeting the real life day-to-day experiences of Jim Mann, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease at the young age of 58.

From losing track while counting change to buy a newspaper to getting disoriented while driving a car, the tweets will give you a glimpse of life from the perspective of a person in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease.

Follow Jim on Twitter at @AlzheimerBC with the hashtag #injimsshoes.
