Join Mt. Kilimanjaro Grouse Grind for Alzheimer's and help us continue funding education, support and research initiatives for Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

On Sept. 29, 2013 take part as a team for a journey on Grouse Mountain that mirrors the challenge our Ascent for Alzheimer’s team is undertaking on Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa during the same time period. It takes seven trips up the Grouse Grind to equal one ascent of Mt. Kilimanjaro. That’s one Grouse Grind each if you create a team of seven.

Don’t have a team or enough people to fill a team? No problem, individual participants are encouraged to sign up and we can assist in placing you with an established team where you will meet like-minded individuals who want to make a difference!  Each person sets their own individual fundraising goal of $500 or more.
